The Camper paperwork is paperless this year. Our policies should have been reviewed during your initial registration process. By completing registration you have agreed to our policies and terms. If you did not see our camper policies and terms please view them here. If you have any questions please email us at email@example.com
Camper Drop-Off and Pick-Up Policy:
Campers must be signed in and out each day of camp by either one of their designated adults, or themselves if they have been given permission to do so and are at least 13 years of age. If your camper has been approved to sign themselves out, we will release them on their own recognizance and are no longer responsible for them. We will not release a camper to anyone who is not on our designated pick up list, you may add people to your list during your week of camp if needed. If you have questions about this policy, who you have designated to pick up your camper, or need to add another person to your designated pick-up list, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
What To Bring:
Campers should wear comfortable close-toed shoes (no backless, flip/flops, or high heels) and comfortable clothes for they’ll be playing a lot of music, games, and attending workshops. Campers need to bring a hearty lunch each day and a water bottle with their name on it. Activities occur both inside and outside throughout the day, so it is a good idea to includes hats or sunscreen in your campers backpack. Please have your camper bring a shirt to our screenprinting workshop if they wish to screenprint on a personal item of clothing, otherwise we provide a white camper t-shirt with our logo which they can screenprint their band logo onto. There is no need to bring any instruments, but you are more than welcome to bring a personal instrument to camp if you would like! Note, that if your camper chooses to bring their own instrument it must have their name on it and Rock N Roll Camp for Girls is not responsible for it’s well-being. RNRC4G is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items, make sure to keep it with you and in a safe place when not being used!
What We Provide:
We provide all instruments, workshop materials, and an afternoon snack (we do not provide lunch). We will provide earplugs but have a limited amount available per session, so we encourage campers to be careful to keep theirs on them and reuse their earplugs throughout the week. Campers may also check out instruments and practice amps to continue practicing at home during the camp week (except drum sets).
Campers will need to bring their own lunch to camp each day except Saturday. Please do not include any nuts or peanuts as these are common allergies at camp and we want all of our campers to be safe and able to make noise ALL day! We will provide a late afternoon snack during the long camp day. If your camper has a particular food based allergy that requires more information than what was included at the time of registration contact email@example.com.
Camp Week Schedule: RNRC4G is a 6 day program Monday – Saturday. Saturday is our grand finale showcase. It is very important that your camper can attend all 6 days of camp. Please be sure to select a week of camp where you can commit to all 6 days.
